We understand that due to the corona virus emergency, these are worrying times and as ever, the well being of our guests and our community is our priority.
Until now, we have been operating as normal, albeit with even more stringent cleaning measures between guests. However, we have now, following Cornwall Council and Government advice, had to make the very difficult decision to close when our guests leave on Tuesday, with our reopening planned for May 1st. We appreciate the situation is changing day by day and we will be reviewing this on an ongoing basis.
We are now contacting all our guests already booked to explain that any booking or deposit payments already made for this period will be honoured as credit, and can be used against a future rebooking or postponement for up to another 18 months after this is all over. We are also going to be giving at 10% off the re booked stays as our way of saying thank you for your help in this really difficult matter. We are sorry, but refunds cannot be given. We hope you understand that as a small hospitality business, we have already laid out a lot this year in anticipation of being open as normal and our own insurance cannot cover us during Covid-19.
Meanwhile, we will be working away, continuing our preparations and improvements to Ekopod ready to welcome you back when we and other local businesses are back up and running.

Information on re: booking
There is no rush to rebook as you can do this any time in the next 18 months. If you have had an email from us postponing your booking we have all your details on record so whenever you are ready just send us an email with your preferred dates.
If we can’t reopen in May the 18 months will roll on by another month etc until we open so you will always have a full 18 months to chose from.
You will get a 10% discount off your next stay
If the dates are cheaper than what you have already booked we will of course refund the difference a month before your stay.
If you chose to book more expensive dates we will allocate the 10% discount and ask you to pay the remainder one month before your arrival.

Bookings in May, June and beyond
If you currently have a future booking please do not pay your balances at this stage. We are monitoring the government guidance carefully and will be in touch to take payment only when we are certain your bookings are to go ahead. If you would like to postpone your booking this can be moved to any available date in the next 18 months after your current arrival date without any charge. You can switch to any available pod and there is no limit to how many times you can do this. Cancelled bookings will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
As a precaution we are currently not taking any new bookings for May and June.
