After the release of the UK Government’s COVID-19 recovery strategy, Ekopod’s closure has been extended until July. As a hospitality business where it is easy to social distance, we are now working on the assumption of an opening date of July 6th.

Over the next week we will be contacting all our guests in this extended period to explain that any booking or deposit payments already made for this period will be honoured as credit, and can be used against a future rebooking or postponement for up to another 18 months after this is all over. If you have booked through Canopy and Stars they will be in touch with you directly.
We are also going to be giving at 10% off the re booked stays as our way of saying thank you for your help in this really difficult time. We are continuing to work at Ekopod to make sure the site is as beautiful as possible for when we can welcome you back.

Information on re: booking
There is no rush to rebook as you can do this any time in the next 18 months. If you have had an email from us postponing your booking we have all your details on record so whenever you are ready just send us an email with your preferred dates.
If for any reason we can’t reopen in July the 18 months will roll on by another month etc until we open so you will always have a full 18 months to chose from.
You will get a 10% discount off your next stay
If the dates are cheaper than what you have already booked we will of course refund the difference a month before your stay.
If you chose to book more expensive dates we will allocate the 10% discount and ask you to pay the remainder one month before your arrival.
