Following the announcement by the government, sadly Ekopod will be closed from November 5th – December 2nd.
All guests booked during this period should have received an email from email@example.com regarding details about your booking. If you haven’t received this email please let us know.
Any booking or deposit payments already made for this period will be honoured as credit, and can be used against a future rebooking. Alternatively we can also issue a refund.
What happens next
* If you have booked through Canopy and Stars: They will be in touch with you shortly to organise the above, as any date moves, cancellations etc need to go through them.
* If you booked directly and you want to rebook: All our dates for 2021 are live on the website, so please just let us know when you know what new dates you would like. We appreciate how hard planning is at this time so there is no time restriction on rebooking/ deadline you need to do this by.
* If you would like a refund: Please email us from the email address you made the booking with your booking reference number and the account details you would like the money refunded into (name on the account, account number and sort code).
For people arriving after December 2nd we believe we will be able to welcome you here as planned. If the lockdown is extended, we will extend the above polices to all bookings that are included in any extension.
Meanwhile, we will be working away, making improvements to Ekopod, ready to welcome you back when we and other local businesses are allowed to be back up and running.
