We are part of Trefranck farm, which is next door to Ekopod, in fact you will be able to see our Deer and Sheep in the surrounding fields! Trefranck Farm is owned and farmed by Matt and Pippa Smith; the farm has been in Pip’s family since 1703! Our passion is to farm sustainably. The high forage quality and rotation grazing methods we use means the animals can lead a pasture fed natural diet with soils that lock in carbon. We have recently completed the build for our onsite abattoir and butchery, allowing us to grow, produce and sell our Venison straight from the farm, promoting the best welfare, consistent premium quality meat and a low mileage, sustainable field to fork journey.

Our delicious barbecue box is designed to give you our best cuts from our butcher to make a perfect summer sizzle up. Venison steaks are best cooked hot and fast – making the BBQ grill a perfect place for them! Handmade in our butchery our Sausages and Burgers are made using our own Venison and Lamb. Made with the finest ingredients, they are low fat, no shrink, super tasty and ready to fill any barbecue.
All these items are gluten free, contain no added water or bulking ingredients, just meat, natural herbs, and spices. Burgers contain allergens Cheese(dairy) & Mustard.
