Three layers of light and fragrant lemon sponge flavoured with elderflower cordial, filled with tangy lemon curd & encased in an Italian meringue buttercream, topped with candied lemons. This Taste of the West 2022 Gold Award Winner is reminiscent of summer with a perfect balance of fresh, zesty flavours.
Ingredients: Flour, sugar, margarine, eggs, elderflower cordial, lemon juice, lemon zest, butter, rosemary.
Three-tiered coffee-infused sponge cake with walnuts is sandwiched with a delicious coffee buttercream & finished with a white chocolate coffee ganache & candied walnuts.
