When you turn up for your family glamping trip to Ekopod you can rest assured that, whatever time you arrive and whatever the weather, you will find fully made up comfortable beds with crisp white sheets, goose down duvets (non feather available on request), fluffy towels, a flushing toilet and hot showers (or baths).
At Ekopod, children can truly unplug, with no Wi-Fi or electricity in the pods encouraging time spent exploring nature, and enjoying family time. Set in a wild landscape and close to stunning beaches, it’s perfect for screen-free adventures and outdoor fun.

The Essentials
Whether you chose a geodome or safari tent for your family adventure, a welcome pack of cookies, fresh milk, cheese, crackers, tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be waiting for you on arrival. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided on request at no extra cost.
Onsite you’ll find a small children’s play area with a pirate ship sand pit, mud kitchen and chest of out door games.
There is a cool box in each unit with replaceable ice blocks. You can also keep items in the fridges and freezers in the main barn. There you will also find a microwave for any baby bottles or meals that need heating up.
Also in the barn there are books and boardgames and your charging locker for electrical items. There is also a wood fired pizza oven next to the barn if you fancy making home made pizza’s for dinner.

We’re perfectly located just off the A30, making Ekopod an ideal base for exploring the stunning beaches and family-friendly attractions of both Cornwall and Devon. Whether you’re chasing thrills at Adrenalin Quarry, surfing and coasteering along the coast, or solving mysteries at Hidden Valley Puzzle Park, there’s something for every age and interest. And for rainy days, Trethorne Leisure Park—with its soft play, bowling, and dodgems—is a very short drive away!

The closest to wild camping you can get at Ekopod. Popping up for the summer of 2024 Tylda Bell Tent is tucked away on the bank of our stream. The shower block (with flushing toilets, unlimited hot water and complimentary luxury toiletries) is a 3 minute walk away. Where you will also find your glamping kitchen.
