You can now book Ekopod exclusively and have your own private glamping site for the whole weekend!
Our exclusive-use glamping site packages are available on selected spring and autumn weekends, offering uninterrupted access to all accommodation, communal spaces and facilities. The perfect choice for getting friends and family together in beautiful accommodation for large group glamping, relaxed Hen Parties (or Zen Parties!) and Cornwall retreat weekends.
What’s Included
Arrival from 3:30pm Friday

Exclusive hire of the entire glamping site
Breakfast hamper of local produce delivered on your first morning
Towels and complimentary toiletries
Welcome Hamper with cheese, crackers, chutney, cookies, fresh milk, tea, coffee and hot chocolate
Unlimited use of our wild spa area
Proper beds with pocket-sprung mattresses and crisp white linen (beds fully made up)
Sleeps up to 26 adults across:
Two safari tents (each sleeps 8: 2 king beds, 4 singles)
Four geodomes (each sleeps 2 in a super-king bed)
One glamping pod (sleeps 2 in a super-king bed)
Price:
£200 per adult
Additional children can be added above the minimum adult numbers for £40 per child.

Pizza Kits – £12.50 pp
Fresh dough, sauce & toppings for the wood-burning pizza oven.
Dressing Gowns – £3 pp
Dogs Welcome – £25 per dog
(Up to 2 per unit; just ask if you need more.)
Spaces for Coming Together
While Ekopod doesn’t have a permanent indoor area for large groups, most groups gather around the fire pits or make use of the spacious safari tents.
We also have a large flat meadow, previously used for a hired marquee—ideal for communal dining, workshops, yoga sessions or celebrations. You’re welcome to arrange your own marquee to create a dedicated group space.

Our location on the edge of Bodmin Moor and close to the North Cornwall coast makes Ekopod ideal for active and nature-loving groups. Popular activities include:
Beach trips & cold-water swims in Bude Sea Pool
Walks along the South West Coast Path
Outdoor adventures such as surf lessons, canoeing & coasteering
Wine tasting at Camel Valley Vinyard, or Distillery tours at Treguddick
Pub lunches and farmshop brunches
Visiting famous local gems such as Port Isaac, Tintagel and the Eden Project.
We send all our guests a full digital guidebook with curated recommendations for group activities in Cornwall and being just 13 minutes from the A30 means it’s easy to get out and explore the best of Devon and Cornwall

To book a weekend we require 25% deposit to reserve your dates and then the remainder is due six weeks before arrival. We require a £150 damage deposit that will be returned the day after check out.
