Given the rumours of a potential autumn lockdown we just wanted to reassure all out guests that if another lockdown happens all bookings will be fully refunded or moved to alternative dates depending on your preference. This is the case if there is a national lockdown or if you area or ours ends up being in a local lockdown.
We continue to offer refunds or new dates to anyone who cannot stay due to being required to self-isolate due to a positive covid test result or due to track and trace.
The safety of our guests, community and team are of our utmost importance so we ask you to please consider taking a lateral flow test before your trip to Cornwall. All our pods are well spaced out and have private facilities so social distancing is easy to achieve while on site and we continue to clean all our pods to the recommended Covid cleaning protocols of the Professional Association of Self Caterers. We have the Visit England Good to Go Mark, in recognition that we are following government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and social/physical distancing.
Due to Covid related staff shortages over the last month or so several local businesses have had to make last minute changes to their opening hours, so we recommend booking in advance or double checking opening hours places before making specific trips to them to avoid any disappointment.
